Medical Science & Computing is searching for a Customer Support Specialist to support the National Institutes of Health (NIH). This opportunity is a full-time contract position at the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI), part of the U.S. National Library of Medicine, National Institutes of Health, and it is on-site in Bethesda, Maryland.
• Providing accurate and timely application support via e-mail and phone to customers navigating a manuscript submission system.
• Communicating with authors of scientific and medical research articles.
• Tracking and managing submitted manuscripts.
• Quality assurance and troubleshooting.
